S.A.Y. is an 8-month personal development class for those seeking to dive deeper into their own growth. In a guided and supported environment students learn to slow down, connect to their inner wisdom and speak their truth. S.A.Y. is a confidential space where each person is seen and heard as they are. You are invited to delve into your personal eudaimonia and share your story.

Teachings and explorations are provided each month using a theme to guide the journey. By participating in this 8-month course, you naturally begin to live a more genuine life. Progressing through the 8-months, you will notice a shift in how you relate to yourself, your family, outside relationships, and your community.  You will start to become the change you wish to see in the world. We invite you to join us and begin to “Step into the Authentic You.”

8-Month Teaching Theme is Based on A.W.A.K.E.N.I.N.G. (Awareness, Willingness, Acceptance, Knowing, Exploring, Needs, Incorporating, Nourishing & Grace)

This class meets once monthly from October 2019 through May 2020. Students must commit to the entire 8-month course, this is not a drop-in class. This class is for up to 8 students and is held the 1st Tuesday of every month (except October which will be on the 1st WEDNESDAY) at the Driftless Historium in Mount Horeb.
